Policies-Please READ THOROUGLY
1. Proof of Vaccinations: Proof of required vaccinations prior to boarding, daycare or grooming is required.
2. Flea & Tick Meds: All dogs/cats must be on a monthly flea & tick preventative & free of these parasites.
If your pet is found to have either they will be treated at their owner’s expense.
3. Age Requirement: Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old & on a current vaccination program.
4. Temperament Requirement: We only board dogs that are social & enjoy the company of other dogs. Inherently aggressive or anti-social dogs are not a good fit for this type of environment. IF BBB finds your dog to display aggressive behavior during their visit we can not accept your pet for future boarding. Aggression is defined as unprovoked injurious behavior towards another animal or human. You may choose to utilize our home visit service, we can recommend a facility that will board your dog or you may locate one on your own.
5. Spay/Neuter Requirement: All dogs MUST be spayed or neutered by 7 months of age in order to eliminate aggressive, dominance, marking, sexual & mounting behavior that can lead to fights &/or injuries. THIS IS FOR ALL DOGS SAFETY!
6. Contracting Illness: Certain vaccinations do not guard against illness but protect against severe symptoms of illness such as bordetella. There is always a possibility in a boarding environment of contracting doggy colds, kennel cough &/or gastrointestinal viruses not protected against by vaccines.
7. Breed specifics: We do not profile dogs by breed but instead by temperament. Please be aware that we board dogs of all sizes, shapes, genders & breeds. Dogs are grouped both by size and temperament to avoid injury as a result of prey drive or aversion to larger/smaller, active or energetic dogs.
8. Payment: Half payment due at check-in for stays over 5 days, balance due at check-out. $30 fee applies on returned checks.
9. Dirty Dogs: We provide outdoor & indoor playtime for all dogs. Your dog may get dirty or scratched from playing with other pets. If this presents a problem, please inquire about grooming.
10. Injuries: There are inherent risks when dealing with animals who behave on instinct, not reason. All dogs are grouped by size & screened for aggression, but fights can & will still occur even with non-aggressive dogs. Every dog has the potential to bite, if & when depends on their bite threshold. Dogs do not see each other as breed, name or size but rather as fellow canines who communicate with all dogs in the same manner via body language & vocalizations. There is also inherent rough-housing in play & the possibility for injury to occur during play sessions.
11. Veterinary Care: If your pet becomes injured or ill, we will use our discretion in seeking the care of a veterinarian, administering medicine, or providing necessary care to your pet. All expenses shall be paid by owner. We reserve the right to take pets to any veterinarian we choose for treatment.
12. Visiting With Children: When visiting for a tour or for pickup/dropoff, please DO NOT BRING CHILDREN with you.
13. Entering the Premises: When entering with your dog, please DO NOT enter until you are let inside. Dogs are present on the premises at all times & we take every precaution to ensure their safety. Once inside, please unleash your dog so they are free to explore & move freely without tension or crowding.

General Conditions
1. Pet Care: Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc., in this Agreement, agrees to provide pet care services in a reliable, caring & trustworthy manner & to accommodate any specific instructions given by Owner. Owner expressly waives & relinquishes any & all claims against Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. except those arising from willful misconduct.
2. Illness & Injury: If pet becomes seriously ill or seriously injured Owner or Owner’s designee shall be notified as soon as possible to ascertain desired treatment.  If unable to reach Owner or Owner’s designee & in the opinion of Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. pet requires immediate medical attention, Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. is authorized to secure a veterinarian, preferably of Owner’s choice to administer the appropriate medical treatment. .  Owner understands that the facility is a place where animals co-mingle in groups.  Owner understands that when pets play in group’s nicks & scratches may occur. If the injury is not serious Owner will be notified at check-out.  If the injury is serious Owner will be notified immediately. Any & all of the pet’s health-related expenses shall be the sole responsibility of Owner.
3. Disclosure: Owner represents that all pet’s vaccinations are current, pet is free of fleas/parasites & on flea prevention. That all information concerning the pet’s health & behavior have been disclosed under “Pet Information”. Owner does not hold Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. liable for any conditions arising from owners neglect to provide pertinent information about pet.
4. Health Risks: Owner understands that although pets are vaccinated, this may not completely immunize from certain illnesses but minimizes the risk of illness &/or the symptoms/length of certain conditions if contracted. Although we take every precaution to safeguard our pet visitors from illness, we cannot eliminate every risk. Owner agrees/understands these conditions as explained, & does not hold Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. liable for any conditions arising from circumstances beyond control.
5. Owner recognizes that there are potential risks of illness or injury when dealing with animals. Any illness or injury that warrants veterinary care will be treated AT OWNER’S EXPENSE.
7. Owner understands that they are responsible for any damage or harm caused by their pet while in the care of Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc & releases Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. of any liability arising from my pet’s attendance & participation at the facility.  Owner shall indemnify Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. against any claims made against Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. or losses or damages of any kind suffered by Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc./ as a result of Owner’s failure to inform Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. of any pre-existing condition the pet may have (such as medical or behavioral issues.)  Owner understands & agrees that in admitting their pet to Bed, Bathe & Behave, Inc. the facility has relied on my representation that pet is medically & behaviorally sound.
